NOOGA SPLASH IS OPEN MOST DAYS FROM

  1. How much does it cost to splash?

  2. Are ticket prices the same for adults and children?

    Tickets for the Nooga Splash are the same price, regardless of age. For children who do not meet the height requirements (45″ tall) to play on the large course, there is a Kiddie Splash area available at a reduced rate.  The Kiddie Splash is a hands-on parent-supervision area, and parents watching their kids in the Kiddie Splash are free. Friends and family can watch you play at the shore for no additional fee.  Only guests going on the attractions need a ticket.

  3. Are reservations needed?

    No, reservations are not necessary, but we highly encourage you to book in advance on our website to guarantee your splash spot! We are a first- come, first-served attraction and have a limited capacity that frequently sells out in advance.

  4. What are the acceptable forms of payment?  

    Nooga Splash accepts cash, debit and credit cards. No personal checks. Company checks will be accepted for large groups.

    Last admission is always one hour before closing time.

  6. Should I show up prior to my scheduled ticket time?

    Yes, please show up 30 minutes prior to your registered splash time to guarantee you have time to check in and attend our 10 minute mandatory safety orientation before your session begins.

  7. How tall must I be to splash?

    NOOGA SPLASH 
    Must be at least 45” tall, and a capable swimmer.
    This requirement is for your safety and is non-negotiable. Violators will be asked to leave the Big Splash area.
    KIDDIE SPLASH
    Must be under 45" tall.
    Hands-on, Adult Supervision is required at all times.

  8. Are flips and tricks permitted on Nooga Splash?

    No. Dangerous behavior on the inflatableis not permitted.

  9. Do you offer large group discounts?

    Yes. Groups with 15 or more will receive $2 off per ticket. You can purchase your tickets in groups of 15 or more online and automatically receive the discounted rate. Please have everyone in your group fill out our waiver prior to arrival. You can reserve the Wibit for private parties see our PLAN YOUR PARTY page for additional information.

  10. May I be a spectator?

    Of course! Nooga Splash has plenty of places for you to watch your friends and family splash. The only guests that need a ticket are those going on the inflatables. Guests not going on the inflatables are free, and always welcome to hang out with their group.

  11. Do I need to sign a waiver?  

    Yes.  Recognizing that inflatables can be dangerous, everyone who splashes must sign a waiver that they take responsibility for any injuries for themselves and any person under 18 that they accompany. Please have everyone in your group fill out our waiver prior to arrival. For guests visiting multiple times, waivers only need to be filled out once per season.

  12. Do I need to come with a parent or legal guardian?

    If you are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian will need to accompany you and sign the waiver.

  13. I’m sending my under-18 child with a group and adult chaperone, may I sign the waiver ahead of time?

    Yes. ‘Sign Our Waiver Here’.

  14. Do I need to know how to swim?  

    Yes, we require this for your safety.

  15. Does Nooga Splash close due to weather?  

    Yes, we will have to close the park if there is inclement weather nearby (thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, etc.). Please check our ‘Facebook’ page for up to date weather closings and delays.

  16. Before entering Nooga Splash what do I need to do?

    Before entering the water, all participants must be fitted for a life jacket by one of our certified staff members and take part in a 10 minute Safety Briefing and Rules of Conduct Review. Safety is our #1 priority! Any participants that do not follow the posted rules or verbal instructions from our staff will be excused from the attraction without exception and will not receive a refund.

  17. Do I have to wear a life jacket?

    All participants on the large Nooga Splash inflatable are required to wear the life jacket provided by Nooga Splash while in the designated attraction area. They are provided with your ticket purchase.

  18. May I bring my own life jacket to wear?

    No, although we will allow young children using just the Kiddie Splash to wear their own life jacket.

  19. Where is Nooga Splash located?

  20. Are season passes available?

    Nooga Splash offers a season pass for individuals for $150 and a family of four for $360. You can add an additional family member for $50 per person. Purchase a Season Pass before May 31, 2024 and get 15% off regular price. Your season pass also gives you 15% off concessions at the Refreshment Zone all season long.

  21. Do you offer gift cards?  

    Yes! Gift cards are a great way to remember or say Thank You to your favorite person. Cards are available for any amount.

  22. May I work at Nooga Splash? 

    We hire lots of temporary seasonal help. If you are interested please contact noogasplashjenn@gmail.com for more info.

  23. May I leave Nooga Splash and come back the same day without having to pay again?

    No.

  24. Where can I park?

    Parking is free in a large parking lot adjacent to our location.

  25. Are there any available restrooms?

    Yes, indoor restrooms are available.

  26. Are food and beverages available at Nooga Splash?

    Yes. We have a Refreshment Zone where you can purchase snack foods and drinks.

  27. What type of clothing should I wear?

    Nooga Splash is an outdoor activity on the lake. We advise patrons to dress in swimwear / beach attire. We have sunscreen, water noodles and hats for purchase along with many other items you may need at the beach or have forgotten to bring.  

  28. What do I do with my personal belongings?

    Nooga Splash offers limited storage for personal belongings in lockers for rent.

  29. Is there a smoking area?  

    No. Nooga Splash in Chester Frost Park are smoke-free areas.
